Internet Ticketing Sales Program Big Squirt! Inc. launches new internet sales promotion. Current and new accounts are invited and encouraged to participate in this exciting program. Big Squirt! Inc. is making the Big Squirt® available for sale on a parks website during the purchasing of online tickets. Guests are prompted if they would like to add a Big Squirt! or a “Family Pack” of toys to their online ticket purchase. A voucher or receipt is provided with the ticket purchase and redeemed on the day of their visit for the pre-purchased toys. Joel Schafer, President of Big Squirt! Inc. states “Our research has shown there is an enormous opportunity for add on sales during the online ticketing process.” In a market study conducted last month, guests were receptive and saw the opportunity to purchase the add-on products as “a good service” and a “benefit” of purchasing online. Several people also stated that offering a discounted product as an add-on offer would be motivation to complete the online ticketing process, thus reducing the “Shopping Cart Abandonment Rate.” Big Squirt! Inc. is partnering with their accounts to add this service and will be providing artwork, design, and technical assistance during the promotion.
